  • Keep notes and track communications to enhance alumni engagement
  • Create reports based on location and specialties to include alumni in events that may be of interest to them

Mendoza College of Business uses crmND to:

  • Share constituent information and communication history between multiple departments and centers as well as institutionally
  • Recruit and management enrollment for Executive Programs
  • Track key corporate relationships and associated organizations
  • Track and share constituent affiliations for mailing/bulk messaging list generation

IDEA Center

The IDEA Center will use crmND to:

  • Share constituent information and communication history between multiple departments and centers as well as institutionally
  • Collaborate with Development to cultivate and deepen key benefactor relationships
  • Manage IDEA Center web form to recruit new entrepreneurs, investors, mentors, partners, etc. 
  • Track key constituent relationships
  • Create reports based on location and specialties that may be of interest to them

User Acceptance Training will begin the week of February 5, 2018. 

User group training will be held Wednesday, February 21, 2018 with go-live scheduled for the week of February 26, 2018.

Monogram Club 

The Monogram Club will use crmND to:

  • Create a means to more effectively communicate with Monogram Club membership 

  • Maintain more accurate records and current contact Information

  • Track interactions/engagements with our members                     

  • Log contact reports before/after meaningful engagements                 

  • Gather metrics as It relates to Monogram Club events, both on campus and regionally.

  • Track attendance and make educated decisions on what type of programming/events resonate with membership

  • Determine what offerings best resonate with the various eras of membership

  • Identify and recruit members to become active within the ongoing efforts  of the Monogram Career Network

Center for Career Development 

 

The Center for Career Development will use crmND to:

  • Share organization information and communication history between multiple departments and centers as well as institutionally
  • Collaborate with Development to cultivate and deepen organizational relationships that hire ND Students
  • Track key organization relationships 
  • Develop reports based on industry and hiring information that may be of interest to University campus partners

User Acceptance Training will begin the week of October 8, 2018. 

User group training will be held Monday, October 22, 2018 with go-live scheduled for Wednesday, October 24, 2018.
