Training

Grad Jump

There are three primary paths for crmND training:

First, at the conclusion of each development sprint, the crmND team will hold an open demonstration of the functionality that has been created. While the Functional Process Owners and Extended Functional Team will primarily perform testing of the new functionality, you are welcome to view these demonstrations.

Second, there will be hands-on and/or classroom training tailored to your role. This training will be focused on the processes that you need to complete most frequently.

Finally, Quick Reference Guides will be available which provide step-by-step instructions for completing a number of tasks within the system.
