Development Guidance Council
The Development Guidance Council provides key guidance on strategic project recommendations.
The Functional Process Owners are power users who work with the technical team to support the design, development, and delivery of the CRM and Marketing Automation product to meet University needs and works with the training team to identify training requirements.
Extended Functional Team
The functional representatives are formulating and refining requirements. If you have questions about the project or have input, please coordinate with these individuals.
The Extended Functional Team participates in requirement gathering workshops, user acceptance testing, and sprint demonstrations.
Technical Team
The technical team is responsible for configuring crmND and data integrations to meet the functional requirements.
CRM Core Team
The Functional and Technical Teams are supported by the OIT crmND Core Team which includes Chau-Ly Phan, Aubry Shelton, and Peter Wells. These individuals implement the CRM application to meet the needs of the University while also meeting the architecture, security and infrastructure requirements of the OIT.
crmND Champions Group
The Champions Group receives regular updates regarding the project status, views demonstrations of crmND functionality delivered in each spring (every two weeks), and brings forward questions or concerns from with their respective departments.
